48th Foodex edition for French wine exporters
The 48th edition of Foodex Japan will take place from the 7th to the 10th of March, 2023 at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex in Tokyo at the Tokyo Big Sight. For more than 20 years, Hesiode has been participating in this internationally renowned wine fair, which welcomes food industry suppliers from more than 95 different countries. Japanese and international companies gather to meet, create partnerships and learn about the latest trends.

Foodex is the meeting place for all professionals in the food, beverage and gastronomy sector. Among the participating companies, there are those working in the food additives, bakery, dairy, meat, confectionery, food processing and alcoholic beverages sectors. Companies specializing in interior design for food and restaurant chains will also be present.
Asian markets for French food and wine
Foodex is the ideal opportunity to meet the players in the restaurant industry not only from Japan, but from the entire Asian continent. Indeed, distributors, restaurant managers and importers from various Asian markets such as Korea, Taiwan, China, Thailand or Hong Kong are present at this gastronomy fair. Hesiode team gathered to represent and export French wines
The Hesiode team, composed of Amandine and Michaël, based in France, and Hiromi, based in Japan, will gather for the Foodex 2023 event, aiming to meet business partners and find new ones, with the aim of finding business partners and meeting new ones.
